"I was searching and shopping for new insurance for home and auto. I was referred to State Farm and this particular agent group by a family member. From the first point of contact, they were very responsive and receptive, very engaging, just very knowledgeable answering the questions that I had specifically regarding coverage. They put together a quote and sent it to me. We had another phone conversation so I could go over some of the fine details. And bottom line is they were great to work with and I am now an insured member with State Farm! And I’m very happy!"

"I switched back to an Agent company after a horrible experience with USAA getting a new roof. I was a first time home owner I thought USAA would steer me through the process. I used one of their premium providers Re-Roof America. In the end I got a less than par roof . I switched to State Farm Jeff Strickland Agency had Jeff until he passed from Cancer. State Farm found the office manager and staff jobs locally with the Company and Kevin Pierce became my new agent. In fact Jeff S’s son works there. I’ve never had any issues there they always call me back and take care of me. I have five cars a boat and two Roth IRAs with Kevin. His office is close to my house in a safe place plenty of parking. Two thumbs up. We also have our kids college funds there as well"

"Said they spoke to a Jennifer and there is no Jennifer in my family. Not sure why they would lie about that."

We received information for a home quote, and when our office called the number provided, a woman spoke with our team and indicated that her husband wanted a quote on the home and that she would also like to look at combining auto and home. While working through the quote process, a name appeared that our employee may have mistakenly associated with the person she spoke with. If that assumption was incorrect, we sincerely apologize. There was absolutely no intention on our office’s part to mislead you — it was an honest mistake. I’d be happy to speak with you directly to clear this up."
